For ultimate relaxation, several shady lawns and terraces are available, including a dedicated relaxation area with a private, heated jacuzzi for 4 people and a shower.

The villa's interior is furnished for comfort with attractive terracotta flooring and original stone walls.

Ground Floor: This level comprises a spacious living room and a dining room.

An archway from the dining room leads to the traditionally tiled indoor kitchen, which is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and utensils.

A guest bathroom is also located on this floor.

Bedroom Privacy: The two-level bedroom layout ensures maximum privacy for two couples.

First Floor: Accessible via a regular internal staircase (17 steps).

Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a dressing room with shelving and hanging wardrobe space.

Upper Level: Accessed via a spiral staircase (12 steps).

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an area for clothes storage, and a private terrace with heavenly sea views.

Amenities: Both bedrooms offer air conditioning and TVs.

The entire villa benefits from mosquito nets throughout, and a laundry room (accessible from the terrace) includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Wi-Fi and all bed linen/towels are included.

Direct Access to Sentiero delle Sirenuse

Nature and walking enthusiasts will love the immediate access to the 9km long Sentiero delle Sirenuse trail, which passes close to the villa.

This circular route allows you to explore the stunning southern side of the Sorrento Peninsula, meandering through Mediterranean scrub, olive groves, and picture-postcard villages. Further hiking trails are accessible west toward the far tip of the peninsula at Punta Campanella and the Bay of Ieranto.

The villa is located in an area characterised by scenic narrow lanes unsuitable for cars directly outside the property.

Parking: Complimentary private garage parking is available 700 meters away, and a complimentary luggage transfer service is provided on arrival and departure.

While car rental is recommended to reach the villa (Naples Airport is 60 km away), getting around locally is best done by scooter or the local SITA bus network.

Check-in Fees: A late arrival fee is requested for arrivals from 8:00 PM to midnight (50,00 euros) and after midnight (80,00 euros).

Upon Arrival: The tourist tax (3,00 euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, under 18s exempt) and a refundable damage deposit (200,00 euros) are due on arrival.
