The small resort town of Karlobag lies on the mainland opposite the island of Pag in the Kvarner bay.
As the city is near mountains, it is especially attractive to hikers and cyclists, but also for sportsmen there are great opportunities for football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, boccia and water sports.

Fortica and the park: approx. 250 meters above sea level, you will find remains of Fortica Fortress, which protected the Karlobag in the Middle Ages. Around the fortress is a well-kept park.
Church of Saint Baroque. Only remains left by the church, but the bell tower is still there.

Boat excursions are arranged for islands and beaches in the area. In summer you can see the unique underwater world from a boat, the trip lasts 30-50 minutes. Also diving is possible. from the diving center Sea House Diving. For hikers, the area is a true paradise. You can also hiking in the Paklenica and Nordvelebit National Park. There are good cycling routes.
