Palazzo Rosati is a beautiful restored villa and has been in the family for 200 years. The villa is located near the small town of Monterchi (near Arezzo), surrounded by a park and a swimming pool.

Included in the price: bed linen / towels, WiFi, pool towels

Payable on site: Final cleaning 150 Euro, breakfast 12 Euros per person per day, dinner 40 Euro per person per day, heating 4.19 Euro per M3, air conditioning 0.45 Euro per KW, outdoor jacuzzi 250 Euro per week ( on request)

Optional services payable on site: breakfast, dinner, transfers to and from the airport, wine tour with english driver, 2 wine tastings + lunch in a typical restaurant

For reservations confirmed on arrival periods until 27/06/2020:
- Cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date: "no penalty"
- Cancellations from 13 to 1 day before the arrival date: "90% penalty"
- No show: "100% penalty"

For reservations confirmed on arrival periods from 27/06/2020 to 20/12/2020:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date: "no penalty"
- Cancellations from 29 to 14 days before the arrival date: "50% penalty"
- Cancellations from 13 to 1 day before the arrival date: "90% penalty"
- No show: "100% penalty"
