The outdoor area is designed for relaxation under the Mediterranean sun:

Pool & Terrace: The private pool features a whirlpool corner and a shallow section suitable for children (8 x 4 meters; depth 0.5–1.5 meters). The pool can be heated upon request (with at least one week's notice and an extra fee).
Dining & Relaxation: A furnished loggia provides the ideal setting for al fresco dining, featuring a built-in barbecue and a dining table. Guests can also enjoy the sun deck and multiple terraces with sweeping views of the surrounding hills and the distant sea.

Ground Floor: A spacious living area featuring a traditional fireplace and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, and modern appliances), one double bedroom with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.
First Floor: A second, smaller kitchen (cooktop, refrigerator), one double bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a large scenic terrace, and two additional bedrooms (each with two single beds) that share access to a private balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
