28 km north-west of Pieksämäki, lake Ahveninen 30 m (length 11 km, width 1 km) deep, hard sand bottom, 2 piers and 2 boats.

Log chalet 2007, expanded 2010, kitchen-living room, bedroom (8 m²) with double bed, alcove with a folding door (5 m²) with extra bed for two (width 140 cm), lobby/utility room pull-out extra bed for two, washing machine, clothes dryer, and fridge-freezer, sauna, shower room with toilet, covered terrace of 22 m², open terrace of 25 m².
Air source heat pump and a dryer in the cottage. A wood burning stove is not in use.

For alternative summer use only: A sleeping outbuilding 2010 (10 m²) with double bed, electric light and heating. Maximum amount of persons in the place is 6 persons.
Woodshed, storage, garbage shed, outdoor toilet.

Smoke sauna for a separate price (running cold water from a well). Heating of the smoke sauna must be agreed separately with owner.
Summer kitchen with fish smoking box. Grill kitchen with wood-burning stove and water faucet (hot and cold water), electric light, grill/dining canopy, electric stove, microwave oven, fridge and wood/
charcoal grill.
A boathouse.
A garage which is locked (owner uses it as a storage). A beautiful, versatile holiday place on a south beach. A large yard area 2 hectares, 140 m of the shoreline. Cottage is located on a hillside, courtyard has terraced lawn and paving stones. Lake Ahveninen is a wilderness lake with good fishing possibilities, eg. walleye, northern pike, perch.

In the living room-kitchen there is a children's low loft for example as a hiding place for children.

The cottage is rented for families and couples who want to spend a peaceful holiday (owner wishes that the client who does the booking is at least 30 years old).
