In the living area there is a double bed (140x160), which can be stored in the wardrobe if needed. A seating area with a secretary and a cozy leather couch provides comfort. In the small kitchenette you will find an oven, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals in your vacation home.The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. On the balcony, a small seating area with a beautiful view of the Leistkamm mountain awaits you.
There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine in the building. Free wifi (wireless internet) is also available. A small sauna (max. 4 persons) is available in the apartment building free of charge. This sauna is also used by other apartment owners (about 20 pieces) or their guests. The sauna cannot be pre-reserved. Each guest is responsible for his own sauna use (switching on electricity, switching off, cleaning, liability, sauna towels, etc.). A reserved underground parking space is located under the building to safely park your car. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The village of Amden, with its indoor swimming pool, grocery shops and the cosy Café Löwen, is just a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can take the bus. The bus stop "Arvenbüel, Arven" is in distance of around 100 metres. The Mattstock chairlift gives you access to the hiking and skiing area, and a trip down into the valley to Weesen and the picturesque lake Walensee only takes about 15 minutes by car or 27 minutes by bus.
