For any cancellations, a processing fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This replacement tenant must be acceptable and solvent for the landlord. The replacement tenant takes over the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and replacement tenant are jointly liable for the rent. The eligibility for the cancellation fee is determined by the arrival of the notification at the landlord or at the booking office (for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the next working day applies). In case of an early termination of the rental, the entire rent remains owed.
